WASHINGTON, Apr 6 (Reuters) - President Barack Obama willraise the issue of the Chinese banking when he meets withChinese President Hu Jintao in Washington subsequent week, the WhiteHouse pronounced on Tuesday.
"Whenever we get together with China, discussions aboutenergy will be on the table, discussions about the globaleconomic recovery, and positively discussions about what thepresident has talked about in conditions of the market-basedcurrency," White House press cabinet member Robert Gibbs told a newsbriefing.
Hu will encounter Obama on the sidelines of a chief securitysummit in Washington. Gibbs pronounced that this was tentativelyscheduled for Monday sunrise and that they would additionally discussnuclear proliferation.
