‘Deadliest Catch’ star arrested for DUI

SEATTLE - "Deadliest Catch" star Jake Harris has been arrested for allegedly pushing underneath the change and being in a strike and run accident.

The Washington State Patrol says that at about 9 p.m. Thursday night a in isolation adult contacted the Patrol about a probable DUI think roving southboundInterstate 5 from the King/Snohomish county line. A WSP transport was already patrolling the area and speckled the vehicle.

Harris was pulled overthe exit ramp to Mercer Street nearby downtown Seattle. Troopers reliable that he was the motorist and was allegedly impaired.

According to the Patrol, whilst creation the arrest, officers schooled that he had been concerned in a strike and run collision at around 5 p.m. whilst roving northboundI-5 at State Route 520. Harris was arrested for guess of DUI, strike and run, and pushing with a dangling license. The charges are misdemeanors.

Harris — whose father Captain Phil Harris upheld afar progressing this month — was requisitioned in to King County Jail.

Bail was set at $1,500.
